O2 LOGISTICS · WEBSITE AND BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS
Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
O2 Logistics LLC ("O2 Logistics", "we", "us" or "our") operates 02-logistics.com and the O2 Logistics website and communications services described in this Privacy Policy. This policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with business inquiries, customer support, and related interactions.
This policy does not describe O2 Logistics as a fuel-card provider, card issuer, bank or lender. A separate agreement identifies the provider and responsibilities for any transportation, fleet, payment or other commercial service you purchase. Where another company independently determines how it uses your information, its own privacy notice also applies; this policy does not authorize that company to market to you.
Contact for privacy matters: info@o2llc.com · +1 888-585-8991
Mailing address: 1922 NE 149th St, North Miami, FL 33181, United States, Attn: Privacy.
2. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to:
- visitors to 02-logistics.com and any O2 Logistics-controlled portal or application that links to this policy;
- business customers, prospective customers, motor carriers, owner-operators, shippers and their individual representatives who communicate with us; and
- individuals who contact us, receive our calls or messages, or submit an initial employment or driver inquiry through our website.
Business-to-business information can still identify a person. This policy therefore covers personal information about owners, officers, drivers, employees and other representatives, not just individual consumers. More specific notices may apply to employment, driver screening, financial applications or another separately identified service. This policy does not replace required screening authorizations or employment disclosures.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you give us
The information we collect depends on your interaction and the service requested. We request only information reasonably necessary for the stated purpose; the categories below do not mean that every visitor must provide every item.
| Category | Examples | When |
|---|---|---|
| Business identity | Legal entity name, DBA, MC or DOT number, and tax identification information where necessary | Business inquiry or onboarding |
| Contact details | Name, role, telephone number, email and business or mailing address | Forms, calls and support |
| Operational details | Fleet size, routes, shipment requirements, service preferences and related business information | Inquiry or agreed service |
| Driver or applicant information | Experience, qualifications and information you submit; identification documents only when specifically needed and securely requested | Driver inquiry or separate onboarding |
| Billing and transaction information | Invoices, payment status, transaction references and limited account identifiers; additional payment details only through an authorized payment channel | A separately agreed paid service |
| Insurance or compliance information | Certificates, coverage information, permits or authority records relevant to the requested service | Applicable onboarding or service |
| Support and preferences | Messages, tickets, documents, language preference and communication choices | Support and opt-in or opt-out |
A government identification number, account credentials or certain financial information may be sensitive personal information. Do not submit Social Security numbers, full payment-card details, bank passwords or one-time passcodes through a general contact form, email, SMS or a recorded call. We provide a separate collection process when such information is legitimately required.
3.2 Information we collect automatically
- Call information. Telephone numbers, routing and delivery information, call date, time and duration, and support notes. Audio recordings, transcripts and AI processing of call content are subject to the notice and consent controls in section 5.
- Service and transaction activity. Records of requests, account activity, invoices and transactions associated with a service we actually administer under a separate agreement. We do not collect fuel-card transaction data merely because you visit our website.
- Website and portal usage. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referral information, session timestamps and cookie or similar identifiers, subject to section 11.
- Consent and delivery records. The number or address involved, date and time, source of the request, exact disclosure presented, affirmative action taken, delivery status, and opt-out or re-enrollment history. Technical evidence may include a form identifier, policy version, and relevant system logs.
3.3 Information from other sources
- Public and business records. We may obtain relevant information from FMCSA, governmental registries, carrier authority records, business directories and the business you represent to verify identity, authority and service eligibility.
- Business data providers and referrals. Where lawfully obtained, business contact information may help us identify relevant business inquiries or contacts. A listing, referral, vendor assurance or purchase of a contact list is not itself permission to send SMS or make consent-restricted automated calls. We do not purchase or accept transferred messaging consent.
- Service and verification providers. Where relevant to an agreed service, we may receive verification results, transaction status or other necessary information from the identified provider. Linking a financial account requires a separate, disclosed authorization; this policy does not grant account access.
- Consumer reports. This policy does not authorize a credit or employment background check. Any consumer report requires a permissible purpose and the separate disclosures, authorizations and notices applicable to that process. We do not promise that any inquiry is a “soft inquiry” or has no effect on a credit score.
4. How we use your information
We use personal information, as relevant to your interaction, to:
- answer inquiries and verify a business and the authority of its representatives;
- provide website access, onboarding assistance and the services expressly agreed with the appropriate provider;
- administer service requests, invoices and payment records where this is part of our agreed role;
- coordinate requested business services and communications with the parties involved;
- provide support, investigate errors and respond to complaints;
- send the calls, messages or emails appropriate to your request and permissions, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences;
- quality-review support, train our personnel and improve the reliability of our communications systems, using call content only as disclosed in section 5;
- protect accounts, prevent fraud and investigate misuse or security incidents;
- maintain necessary business, consent, suppression and compliance records; and
- comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We limit collection and use to what is reasonably necessary and proportionate to these purposes. Sensitive information is used for the requested service, security, compliance or another specifically disclosed lawful purpose, not as permission for unrelated marketing. Before materially incompatible additional use, we provide any required notice and obtain any required consent.
Our website and communications assistants are not authorized to make final credit, employment or other decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on an individual. A separate process, if offered, must include its own applicable disclosures, safeguards and review rights.
5. Calls: recording, transcription and automated agents
AI-enabled calls. We may use automated or AI-enabled voice technology for an interaction you have requested or otherwise lawfully authorized. An AI-enabled agent identifies O2 Logistics and discloses that it is an automated assistant at the beginning of the interaction. A human-sounding or real-time generated voice does not remove consent requirements. Where prior consent is required, it must be obtained before the call; marketing calls requiring prior express written consent are not made without that consent.
Recording and transcription. Before recording, transcribing or streaming the conversation to an AI or transcription provider, we explain the processing and its purpose and obtain an affirmative indication of consent from all participants. We do not treat silence, a website visit or acceptance of general terms as recording consent. If a new participant joins, the same notice and consent process applies before their conversation is recorded or processed. Consent to receive a call and consent to record or process its content are separate.
Your choice. You may refuse or withdraw recording or AI-processing consent during the call. We then stop the affected processing and offer an unrecorded human interaction where available, use another available channel, or end the call. We retain only the minimum evidence needed to document your choice and any earlier lawfully obtained records retained under section 9.
Use of call content. Lawfully obtained recordings and transcripts may be used for the disclosed support, quality-assurance, compliance, dispute-resolution and staff-training purposes. We do not authorize service providers to use identifiable call content to train general-purpose AI models for their own or other customers’ use. Any materially different use, voiceprint identification or voice cloning requires a separate assessment, notice and any legally required consent; this policy grants no such permission.
Stopping calls. Say “stop calling”, “remove me” or a similar clear request during a call, or contact info@o2llc.com or +1 888-585-8991. We record and honor reasonable revocation requests promptly and within applicable deadlines, including any shorter platform requirements. A request to stop all automated calls and texts is applied across our relevant systems. We do not rely on a business relationship or public listing to override your request. Re-enrollment requires a new affirmative permission appropriate to the communication.
6. Text messages
O2 Logistics Customer Service and Account Messages. With your affirmative opt-in, we send non-marketing SMS about your inquiry, requested services, customer support and relevant account updates. Frequency varies with your requests and account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, submitting an inquiry or using services. Providing a number or accepting general terms alone does not enroll you in this program.
Separate marketing permission. Service-message consent does not authorize promotional messages or AI marketing calls. Any marketing SMS program requires a separate, optional written opt-in identifying O2 Logistics, the marketing purpose and the applicable program terms. We do not combine that choice with the service-message checkbox or use this policy to expand an existing consent.
STOP and HELP. Reply STOP to stop messages from this program. You may also use another clear, reasonable means of withdrawing consent, including contacting info@o2llc.com or +1 888-585-8991. Reply HELP for assistance. We may send one non-promotional confirmation of your opt-out, after which no further program messages are sent unless you provide new express written consent. We do not switch numbers or label messages “transactional” to bypass your opt-out. Account communications may instead use another lawful channel.
Consent records and confidentiality. We retain appropriate evidence of opt-in, scope, withdrawal and any new consent. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, purchased or shared with affiliates or other third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Limited access by messaging and support providers is permitted only as necessary to deliver or support our communications under appropriate restrictions, not for their own marketing. The legal-compliance disclosures described in section 7 do not authorize commercial reuse of consent.
Program terms: https://02-logistics.com/terms, section 4.4. Privacy notice: https://02-logistics.com/privacypolicy. Notify us if you stop using or no longer control a number so that we can update our records.
7. When we share information
Under this policy, we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose only information reasonably necessary for the purposes described below. Restrictions on mobile information and messaging consent in section 6 apply to every recipient, including affiliates.
| Who | Why |
|---|---|
| Providers involved in a service you request | To respond to or fulfill that specific request, with the notice or permission applicable to the disclosure. An independent provider must be identified before a referral requiring your choice. |
| Payment and verification providers | To process an authorized payment or verification connected with a separate service; not to obtain financial access through this policy. |
| Telephony, messaging, AI and transcription providers | To route and deliver communications and perform only the call-content processing permitted by section 5. |
| Hosting, customer-support, storage, security and analytics providers | To operate and protect the website and business systems and provide permitted, purpose-limited analytics. |
| Authorized personnel and professional advisers | To provide support, accounting, legal advice, audit or insurance services where needed and subject to confidentiality. |
| Courts, regulators, law enforcement and other legally authorized recipients | Where required by law or valid legal process, or where a disclosure is lawfully necessary to protect rights, investigate wrongdoing or address safety. |
| A successor in a business transaction | For a merger, acquisition or asset transfer subject to applicable law, confidentiality and continuing privacy and consent restrictions. Consent is not a separately transferable asset. |
For providers acting on our behalf, we require appropriate contractual restrictions on purpose, confidentiality, security, retention, deletion and further disclosure. We do not use the term “service provider” to authorize independent advertising, resale or model training. A third party acting independently remains responsible for its own notices and lawful processing; a link to its site does not by itself authorize disclosure of your information.
8. International transfers
Our personnel and service providers may process information in the United States and other countries, including through remote support or system access. Those countries may have different privacy and government-access laws. We limit cross-border access to authorized purposes and apply safeguards appropriate to the information and applicable law.
Where a transfer is subject to legal restrictions, we use a legally valid transfer mechanism and required contractual and technical measures before the transfer. The availability of a website or a server in another country does not, by itself, determine which privacy laws apply. You may contact us about relevant international processing and safeguards. We do not rely on merely posting this policy as consent to a transfer that requires a separate legal basis.
9. How long we keep information
Retention depends on the purpose, the information’s sensitivity, applicable legal or contractual requirements, limitation periods and any active dispute or legal hold. The following criteria apply to the corresponding categories in section 3; they are not a promise to retain every record for the same fixed term.
| Data | Retention criteria |
|---|---|
| Inquiry, account, application and verification records | For the active inquiry or relationship and any additional period reasonably necessary for applicable recordkeeping, audit or legal claims. Identification documents are not kept longer merely because an account remains open. |
| Transaction, invoice and payment records | For applicable accounting, tax, contractual and legal-record requirements, with unnecessary financial credentials removed or minimized. |
| Call recordings and transcripts | For the disclosed support, quality or compliance purpose, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed, unless lawful preservation is required. Any law-specific shorter retention restriction controls. |
| Consent, delivery and compliance records | For applicable telecommunications or other retention requirements and a reasonable period to demonstrate the communications’ legal basis and honor preferences. Audio retention and consent-evidence retention are assessed separately. |
| Suppression list entries | Minimum identifiers and the request history are kept as necessary to prevent unwanted contact. Deleting other information does not erase a suppression preference. A verified change of subscriber or valid new consent is handled separately. |
| Website logs, cookies and prospect records | For operational, security or the specific inquiry purpose, subject to cookie settings, reasonable inactivity limits and applicable law; not indefinitely for speculative marketing. |
We delete or de-identify information when the applicable purpose and lawful retention needs end. Restricted backup copies are removed through the normal deletion cycle and are not restored for routine use without reapplying deletion and suppression requirements. Legal holds preserve only what is relevant. Where de-identification is used, we take reasonable measures against re-identification and prohibit recipients from attempting it except as legally permitted.
10. Your rights
How to make a request. Contact info@o2llc.com, call +1 888-585-8991, or use the contact form at https://02-logistics.com and state that your message is a privacy request. Depending on applicable law, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, or information about sources, purposes and recipients. You may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling. We do not discriminate or retaliate for exercising protected rights.
Verification and response. We use proportionate verification for requests that require it, generally by reference to information already held. We do not require an account solely to make a request or unnecessary sensitive identification. Opt-out and communication-revocation requests are not delayed by an unnecessary identity-check process. An authorized agent may act with legally sufficient authority. We respond within the applicable legal deadline and explain any permitted extension, exception or denial. Where an appeal right applies, you may appeal through the same contact methods; we provide a reasoned response and information about the appropriate regulator when required.
California residents. To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies, the rights above include knowing the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, the categories of sources and recipients, and the business or commercial purposes; correction, deletion and portability; opting out of sale or sharing; and limiting specified uses of sensitive personal information. We honor applicable opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, without requiring an account. Our stated policy is not to sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or use sensitive information for unrelated profiling. Required California disclosures also address the applicable preceding 12-month period and are not replaced by a prospective policy change.
Other jurisdictions. Coverage and exemptions differ among state laws, particularly for business contacts and employment records. Where another law applies, we provide the additional notices, choices and rights it requires. A request can be subject to lawful exceptions, such as preserving necessary financial records, security information, legal claims or another person’s rights. We explain applicable limitations rather than treating every request as an unconditional deletion obligation.
Communications choices. You may revoke call or text consent without closing an account. The procedures in sections 5 and 6 apply separately from access or deletion verification. An unsubscribe link in a marketing email may also be used to stop that email marketing. These choices do not waive any statutory remedy or right to contact a regulator.
Applicable law and contractual forum. This policy does not itself create a forum-selection or arbitration agreement. For a business that separately and validly accepts the Terms of Service, section 14 selects Florida law and Orange County, Florida, for covered contractual disputes, subject to its stated limitations. Privacy requests, regulator complaints, nonwaivable statutory protections and rights of persons who have not accepted those Terms remain unaffected.
11. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies as necessary to operate the website, maintain requested sessions, remember essential preferences and protect against misuse. Permitted analytics may collect device and usage information to help us understand performance. Analytics providers acting on our behalf may use that information only for the disclosed service, not to build independent advertising profiles.
We do not permit advertising pixels, cross-site tracking or session-replay tools to collect personal information on an undisclosed basis. Before using non-essential technologies that require consent or an opt-out, we provide the required notice and controls and honor the choice before the relevant collection. Sensitive fields and call or message content must not be captured by analytics or replay tools.
You can manage cookies through browser controls and any website privacy settings. Blocking necessary cookies may affect functionality. A browser’s legacy “Do Not Track” setting does not by itself operate every cookie control; we honor legally recognized opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control where applicable, and do not treat rejecting cookies as consent to another form of tracking. A third-party site you choose to visit may collect information under its own notice; that does not authorize undisclosed tracking within our website.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of personal information. These include access restrictions, appropriate protection during transmission and storage, personnel controls and oversight of providers. No system or communication channel is completely secure, and this policy is not a certification that every system uses a particular security product or standard.
Use only the collection channel specifically identified for sensitive information. Do not disclose passwords, authentication codes, full account or payment-card details in a call, text or general contact form. If information of that kind is inadvertently received, we restrict its use and access and take appropriate steps to remove unnecessary copies. We assess suspected incidents and provide required individual, regulator and other notices within the applicable legal time limits.
13. Children
Our business services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been collected without a legally valid basis, we take appropriate steps to delete it. The adult-eligibility rule does not replace any separate protection applicable to teenagers or employment applicants. Contact us through section 15 with a concern about a child’s information.
14. Changes to this policy
We post revisions on this page and update the effective date. Changes apply prospectively. Before a material change to the way previously collected information is used or disclosed, we provide a clear notice and obtain any additional consent required by law. A revised policy does not retroactively authorize earlier calls, messages, recordings or disclosures, expand an existing communication consent, or waive an opt-out. We review legally required disclosures periodically, including any applicable annual California updates.
